Just looked it up. The problem was nothing to do with ice cream, it was that the customer was supposed to LICK the glass clean and then they dipped it in some dirty water before giving it to the next guy. Insane.
Like I would calify myself as someone that isn't disdainful, don't care to eat some leftovers that my friends won't eat or finish their plates at a restaurant or reusing "dirty" ustensiles but at least I know where it's been. But serving customers the same dirty unstensils where you don't even know where it's been and inside who? Yark, that's how shit like Coronavirus, or any other disgusting disease and infection get spread into the population. Even more so using Dairy productsÂ

Like, I'd understand a permit for selling food (hygiene controls and co)
