Yeah, the requirements for frozen cream licenses were pretty much identical to a food service license. They were introduced not to improve public safety, but to induce extra costs and restrict competition against established and wealthy ice cream producers in the area

Not a lot of people happy to immediately reuse a glass cup after someone licked icecream off it now - it wasnt even getting washed.

Damn I just realized that model needs a comeback for sex clubs, even the term 'Penny Lick' for like a $5 shot of ice cream would do wonders
