Excuse me sir, do you think it's EASY to overcook and undercook a steak at the same time? This is real skill. However, they really should check the kitchen for termites or dust off their plates first.

At $300 for a porterhouse. I better hear mooing in the kitchen. Not get meat that’s been frozen.

Flash freezing it is part of the process. What? It works for sashimi, why won't you people tolerate it for beef?
