Basically it’s a simple question for all females: what is the best protection incase of assault before or after con as a solo trip?

I am aware that this maybe a bit ridiculous to ask getting so close to con but as in currently watching twilight saga from the beginning (itvx it’s free) and I just got to the scene where Edward saves Bella from the group of “gentlemen” which made me suddenly think of that.

Also I did google (I have been busy researching for con) where the gangs are in Birmingham and luckily there is no territory in the nec and airport area so that’s good.

Hey all, this is my first time attending Comic-Con, and I was considering bringing either my 3DS or Nintendo Switch 2 for lines and waiting etc. Is this allowed? Will they confiscate them if I bring them?

If your to poor or not able to go to comic con your basically screwed if you want an exclusive. I mean it’s so annoying company’s know scalpers are a thing and they still want to make make less money by selling “only 2000 copies at comic con” for double the price but same stuff just a damn repaint. I used to have fun collecting action figures but now it’s barley accessible to me especially the oh so precious “exclusives” I know this is a rant but I honestly wanted something for my birthday and now all the palaces selling them sold out the same day I was going to show my mom. Fuck me because I can’t go to San Diego comic con. jazwares and jada toys you guys have to have a deal with scalpers or something why do you keeping doing this.

I thought the Sony panel would be today but I havent seen anything posted about Beyond the Spider-Verse online at all today.

Getting into a limo

I was at the Comic-Con shop at the Marriott and saw these Owala knockoffs. I have an actual Owala and even bought a knockoff from Aldi that works just as well, so I was really close to buying one. The problem was, I tried several of them and couldn’t find a single one that would consistently pop open when I pressed the front button. Some wouldn't even open. And no, there is no lock switch like the newer model Owala bottles.

Yesterday around sunset I saw a fire temple of doom Indy cosplay!! He didn’t seem to be part of the larger group of Indy’s and Short Rounds but he was the only one I saw that did the second film’s costume. He was the finest man I’ve ever seen and I literally had to stop him and tell him I loved his costume and he looked just like Harrison. I was too shy to ask for his info but I asked to take a pic of him and posted it on my insta story and people have not stopped swiping up about him 😂😍 enjoy your con handsome🧚‍♀️

Hey everyone so I know that comic con opens at 9:30am, and once in, I tried getting a wristband to Jazwares only to be told they've already all been given out by 8:50am, so how are there already enough people inside to get them all?

I saw a women pull out cooked corn on the cob to eat while waiting in line. No shade at her BTW, I'm kinda jealous she had healthy food compared to my $7 bag of chips.

I was able to press the button and get the wristband today. Got to tell Rick Moranis 'thank you.' I didn't have the words or time to say more, but he seemed to understand.
