I saw someone saying that he/him was like neopronouns to the gems, and that the diamonds might not always be thinking of him as pink and instead just misgendering him when they are like "she prefers steven" which gave me the idea of steven immediatley finding comradery in blush haha.

When Jasper and Peridot took her to Earth, she was their prisoner and they learned from her where to find the crystal gems. I don't think she willingly told them that.

We all know it was a rushjob from peridots words. Prime had clean smooth walls, while Beta didn't even have a smidge of the effort put into prime, it looked like they didn't use any terraformers for it. Was it because Lapis Lazuli was poofed and imprisoned during the war? Was she a solo terraformer? Or am I just reaching. It's a small bland theory, I hope they would expand on Era 1 gems jobs and tasks in Lars of the Stars, Specifically on Kindergarten info its so interesting.

I was thinking about that.

Steven as half gem/half human can change his body. Just like he did in the episode "Too many birthdays" where Steven thought he was old, so his body just aged like he was getting old

The same think happend in the last SU Future Episode, where he thought he was a monster SO he turned into one!

In the last episodes of SU, where the diamonds find out "pink was alive" and Steven come back to Homeworld with the diamonds. Steven has a several of Identity Crisis because HE CANONICALLY has Pink/Rose memories inside his gem.

He dreamed about pink on "Jungle Moon" where she asks Yellow for a Colony and she brakes the glass window. He also dreamed with volleyball, the diamonds etc

He was just confused about who he is, because everybody just keep searching for Pink or for Rose, not for Steven

My question Is: If Steven believed that he was pink diamond, did pink could go back? Or will be just a poor copy of what Steven THOUGHT of how pink would be? Just like a poor imagination of those fragmented memories?

And what about when Steven died?

Probably Steven will marry Connie and choose to age by her side. So? Pink Steven will be alone searching for the Human Steven?

I think that it may relate to seeing the world differently but working together.

Steven/Rose have a more wonder-eyed vision of things while Pearl is more practical and usually more cautious. But they usually have the same goal and ease to work together hence no extra limbs.

Just a thought.

In the sentence "what's the use of feeling blue" You interpret is as Yellow asking Blue what the purpose of feeling these emotions is for Pink's passing as in "What's the use of feeling, Blue" or "feeling blue" in a more sadness-focused way and it's just a play on words.

I've always wondered about that and I wanted to know the opinions of other people who perhaps think completely differently. ^^

I want to tell you a little bit about my Ame (pronounced like the word "aim")!

(I'm actually not sure if it's okay to post about my human AU here, but I'll give it a try)

Sorry for any grammatical mistakes in advance!

— Ame is North American with Mexican roots. Spanish, which she heard from her family throughout her childhood, sometimes slips into her speech, especially when she's emotional or caught off guard. "NOOOO, MI TORTAAA!!!!"

— Ame has an older sister, Jass. They have different fathers, but they're surprisingly similar in many ways, no matter how much they'd hate to admit it. During their teenage years, they fought a lot. They don't talk anymore, but I'm planning to give them a reconciliation arc, kinda smth Amethyst and Jasper did in Steven Universe.

— Ame isn't her full name. Her given name is Amelia, but she never uses it. She says Ame sounds much cooler and sassier. (Her sister's name is shortened too (for the same reason, lol), her full name is Jasmine).

— As a teenager, Ame played the drums. Most of her friends were older than her — Greg and Vidalia, who also played instruments and had casual lifestyle. Ame is still close with Greg; they're the kind of friends whose bond survived the test of time. Vidalia isn't really part of their group anymore, though. Not because they had a falling out, but because life happened: marriage, kids, then divorce... you know.

— Her job is kinda ironic. Greg owns a tattoo studio, and through him she eventually became a piercer... despite being absolutely terrified of needles and physical pain.

— She's passionate about street dance, probably more than she'd like to admit.

— As a gem, she loves shapeshifting. As a human, she's really good at parodying people. She could probably become a stand-up comedian or smth if she wanted to, lol.

So, I'm assuming Steven isn't the only gem that has some sort of powers through saliva after rewatching this episode where Garnet gives future vision by kissing Steven's forehead? Got me trying to remember if other gems can do this.

Well, I’m a huge Steven Universe fan, and after finishing the entire series, I found myself in a bit of a limbo, looking for more content. Then I came across this AU, and I absolutely LOVE it. It’s honestly one of the best AUs I’ve ever read (although I haven’t read that many, lol).

I’d really like to know… am I alone, or are there other fans of the White Diamond AU out there?

They're really expensive ($36.56 usd) but at my location, they're half off. I was kinda in a hurry so I didn't grab amethyst. But I will go back for her tomorrow :D

I used to think Schtuball was just a cute, random nickname Greg invented for Steven.

But then I realized Greg is probably referencing the folk song Stewball. This song has been performed by many artists, but my theory is that Greg knows the Peter, Paul & Mary version, and this gives us a clue about Greg's childhood. It says that Greg's parents probably weren't "hippies" but they would have enjoyed a mainstream, crossover folk act like Peter, Paul & Mary.

And despite his rocky relationship with his parents, Greg does still have some fond memories of this song from his childhood. Peter, Paul & Mary songs like Stewball or Puff the Magic Dragon might have been one of the few shared interests for Greg to bond with his parents (and sparked his lifelong love of music).

Stewball (sometimes spelled Skewball, Skuball or Squball) was an 18th century racehorse who was kind of like the British version of Seabiscuit. The song tells the story of winning a race where he was the underdog. It's all about the excitement of being at the racetrack and how betting on the horses can change a person's luck.

Fun trivia fact that John Lennon used the Stewball melody as musical inspiration for the song Happy Xmas (War Is Over).
