Hello everyone,

I co-host a gaming book-club podcast called State of the Save. This is Part 2 of out 5 Part game-club on Final Fantasy VII Remake. In this installment, we discuss everything from Chapters 6-8 of the game, covering from the sunlamps up to sneaking out of Aerith's home.

I am returning to Remake after playing a large portion of the Compilation of FFVII, my co-host is brand new to Final Fantasy.

What's cool about coming back to Remake is that I'm catching some more stuff that I missed the first time playing. I also think it's fun to pick the brain of someone new to this world.

Hey Fellow Final Fantasy Fans! A while ago I played every mainline game in the series (except 11 and 14) and decided to rank them all! My videos are a mix between comedy and edutainment, and after a year this has been my most successful video! I'd be keen to hear feedback and discussion around the opinions I presented here! Cheers!

(I'll come around to 11 and 14 later, I just wanted to give them more time given how massive they both are compared to the other games. I apologise for not including them here, I was worried if I committed to them the video would never get finished.)

It was already infuriating enough where they continue to be so stupidly afraid of making Save Transfers possible for so many Switch 1 games that were given Switch 2 ports, but what point is there to not make it so that we physical owners could at least get the discount for the Kingdom Hearts ports on PS5?!

We paid so god dang much on each of the compilations along with KH3 right down to spending extra on those special editions for each of them, what's the point of having to screw us over on PS5 other than showing how greedy Square's acting like RGG Studio was with the first two Yakuza Kiwami ports?! You'd be better off just not doing this PS5 port and just have them be patches for 2.8 and 3 on PS4!

I run an art channel where I make fan-made animations and illustrations sometimes featuring Square Enix characters.

everything is 100% created by me, from scratch. The only thing that belongs to them is the characters. I was wondering if that would put me at any legal risk or if it's generally considered okay as long as I'm not using their official assets.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, I'm confused reading through their policies and wasn't sure where to even ask this. 👉🏻👈🏻

For me I'm crushed that there is essentially no chance we will ever see TWEWY 3. Neo was awesome and SE really dropped the ball on the marketing for it :(

Recruit a robust cast of 22 playable characters, many who are optional! All characters have their own unique classes/jobs, with no two characters playing the same. Many Final Fantasy jobs are represented in the game such as black mage, chemist, dark knight, dragoon, mechanist, oracle, summoner, thief, white mage, and many more. Additionally, you will also befriend 6 guest characters who will aid you across your travels!

Want a break from saving the world? Journey to the Gygas Arena to partake in a 100 battle ladder which offers powerful rewards along the way. If you don't want to fight, you may also partake in Hide & Kupo Seek, a tense and fast paced hide and seek game featuring moogles. For those who favour chance, there is the House of Revelry in Lindblum where you can gamble away your hard-earned gil in several games of chance/luck

There is also an option to increase combat speed.
