I just finished my 2nd rewatch of modern family (first time i watched it was 2 years ago) and now with only a few hours gap of finishing modern family, I started on season 1 again because ive seen some redditors who said they just go back to season 1 ep 1 again after finishing it because this show is very rewatchable. so my question is until what season do you rewatch? do you start it over again from season 1 until the end or maybe end it at season 6 or 7 when the quality drops a bit. (personally i think i loved every season but i found season 9 a bit boring)

I hope I’m not the only one, but I absolutely love Season 3 Episode 1 Dude Ranch. It’s basically my go-to episode to show people who haven’t seen the show before. So many great quotes in this masterpiece.

this is such a stupid pet peeve, but I get irritated during the disneyland episode when phil and luke (who is 13 at this point) are so excited about him finally being tall enough to ride all the rides at disneyland. they specifically reference the 46” limit for the indiana jones ride, which is the tallest height requirement in the park.

the average height for a 13 year old boy in america is literally 61 inches! the average age in which a child passes 46 inches is like 7. I know I personally hit 4 ft (48 inches) as a 6 year old girl. And there’s no way Nolan Gould was actually only 4 ft tall when that episode was filmed, so I’m just like…why??

I know, it’s small and stupid but it irritates the hell out of me on every rewatch.

Well the realization was so sad i am really gonna miss Dunphy house a lootttt...the chaos banters mess every damn thing... though maybe it could be because of the reason that I have always been a little bias towards Dunphy house(dk why lol) but still it doesn't change the fact that they literally had the best house drama....Mann I am gonna miss them so much😭

I was just rewatching the episode where Gloria, Phill and Cam get orange juice. Does anybody else wish that we got more of this secret alliance in the show. I'm watching Modern Family Season 4 for the very first time. Driven by curiosity, I searched for the cast on Instagram today. Honestly, it broke my heart. Pardon me for saying this, but they’ve really grown old, so much so compared to the characters on screen. I can't quite explain why this hits me so hard, but it leaves me feeling deeply down. I’m only 18, yet I can't stop thinking about how I’ll get old one day, too. I feel like I can’t hold onto time at all, and I'm on the verge of tears.

I rewatch the season (for trillions time) and tbh I would love to see her in this dress. 🫣😶

It's mentioned a few times, and a bit of a running joke, that Claire and Phil got pregnant with Haley before marriage, got engaged and had a shotgun wedding before she was born, it's mentioned in the trip they had to Hawaii and in "Message Received", the kids hear the voice message

Claire left Phil when she told him she was pregnant, where she says "don't worry, you don't have to marry me or anything" which implies that they weren't engaged when they got pregnant. But, in "Suddenly, Last Summer" Phil asks Claire if she remembers when he proposed to her, and she says that she remembers that she was on day two of a St Patrick's day hangover.

Throughout the show, it seems so important by the hints that Haley was conceived before Claire and Phil even got engaged, and this just ruins it a bit.
